Policy for returns and refunds at Craftscentao
Clients may cancel delivery or task execution services before the service begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact system. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and service type.
Craftscentao provides refunds for cancelled services according to our cancellation policy. Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before service commencement, subject to administrative fees.
If you experience issues with our delivery or task execution services, please contact Craftscentao immediately. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve any problems in accordance with our service standards.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the client, return delivery services may be available at additional cost. Craftscentao is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect client information.
For task execution services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a task cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, partial refunds may be available after review.
Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service booking.
